Engineering Positions:
  • GaN Crystal Growth Engineer – responsible for the growth of bulk GaN materials and AlN and GaN template materials for substrate applications
  • Wafering Engineer – responsible for continuous improvement and process development in the wafering department

Technician and Specialist Positions:
We expect near term technician positions to be primarily 3rd shift.

  • Crystal Growth Process Technician – responsible for running crystal growth systems and characterization processes
  • Equipment/Maintenance Technician – responsible for maintenance of semiconductor equipment
  • Wafering Technician – responsible for wire-saw processing of semiconductor crystals and subsequent polishing of wafers
