Kyma Technologies introduces sapphire cutout wafers to facilitate square wafer loading in round pocket platters. Kyma offers 2" Diameter Sapphire Place Holders with distinct cut-out sizes. These place holders enable a 2" form factor for 10x10mm square, 18x18mm square and 30mm round wafers in 2” round pockets.

Kyma Technologies also offers Sapphire Comparison Geometry Wafers. The Comparison Geometry Wafer enables analysis of edge and heating effects of substrates while maintaining efficient use of production material substrates. The comparison geometry wafers are available in 10x10mm square, 18x18mm square and 30mm round sizes.
